Refunds and Exchange

Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, our earrings and head-accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded. We will endeavour to make sure all items are in good order before postage.

Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.


Faulty Items

We have confidence in the quality of our products  and believe that they are excellent. However, if an item is faulty we allow up to 30 days from your purchase for a refund or exchange.
To investigate a faulty enquiry please provide a receipt with your order number.  Images with details of the fault will also be appreciated.
