Hello Queen! Due to hygiene reasons, our earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded unless it is faulty when received. Refunds are also excluded to our crowns and headpieces, but can except exchanges up till 14 days.

 

Faulty Items

In case an item is faulty on receipt please contact us stating your order number, a clear image of the faulty item and state details of fault and we will be in touch shortly. 

Royal Mail- Postal Optional Charge

 

  • Return your faulty order through your local Royal Mail post office in over 11,500 locations

 

  • You'll find the details of your returns note in your parcel
