Product and Stock Request

 

Will you be getting more stock?
We understand your need of wanting a particular earring or headpiece. Please send us an email with the product name and code and we will notify you once we have it in stock.
 
I will like to request an item or service.
For any information about a particular item that you will like to request within our collection please send us an email or direct message on any of our social media platforms @myroialears
 
I want to order multiples of a particular Item but the system will not let me.
As a small business we only provide sales for individual occasions and not wholesale. We replenish from our suppliers frequently once items are ordered. Therefore, if you would like to order a large amount of a particular earring or headpiece please contact us with the item name, number and the amount you would like to order.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with an invoice. Please allow up to 20 days after your order has been processed. If you would prefer it sooner there may be an extra charge for delivery.    
 

Orders and Items

How will I know if my order was successful?
 Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email instantly. A despatching email will be sent to you within 24- 48 hours, depending on the order. This email will include a tracking update of the postal item. 
How long will my order take?  
  • Next day UK deliveries: 1-2 days excluding Sundays
  • Standard UK deliveries are 2-6 days excluding Sundays
  • Europe deliveries within 4-6 working days
  • Rest of the world within 6-10 working days
Do you ship to my country?

How do I cancel or exchange my order?
 If you change your mind or wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible within 6 hours, before despatching of items. 
What payment methods does My Roial Ears use?
We accept a wide range of payment bank methods via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and we have just included Klarna.  
My items are wrong or missing when received?
We take great care when pre-packing ordered but if you find this mistake in your order. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.  
Does My Roial Ears items contain nickel?
We can assure you that all of our products are safe and fall within EU regulations, and nickel and lead-free.  
 What is your jewellery made from?
 Metals that you will find within our earrings and head accessories are, Copper and Zinc alloy metals. Some are gold and silver plated with 18ct gold and some sterling silver. You will also find some with rhinestones crystals, cubic zirconia stones and pearls.
